Patented Process

Solardairytech operates through a patented method that employs indirect solar energy to concentrate milk without thermal evaporation. The system leverages the interaction between different density states of water within milk, operating effectively at ambient temperatures (25–27°C).


In the upper container, milk naturally contains water in two distinct forms: high-density water (HDW) close to the surface, and low-density water (LDW) toward the bottom. Likewise, the lower container, filled with water, also contains these two water-density phases: HDW at the upper part and LDW at the bottom.

This arrangement creates a natural attraction between opposite charges of HDW and LDW molecules across both containers, facilitating the transfer of water molecules from milk into the lower container through the porous base of the upper container, which acts as a natural filter.

To accelerate water extraction, a mechanical wiper-type system continuously removes accumulated water droplets from the lower surface of the upper container, ensuring consistent and efficient operation. In just a few hours, this process achieves a milk concentration of around 50%, optimizing productivity without requiring thermal evaporation.

Solar-Powered Milk-Concentration Process

1. Preparation:
The lower container is filled with water, matching the volume of milk to be processed.
The upper container is filled with up to 5,000 liters of pasteurized milk.


2. Water Extraction:
The process utilizes the interaction between high-density water (HDW) and low-density water (LDW) naturally present in milk.
In the upper container, HDW remains near the surface while LDW settles at the bottom.
The natural attraction created by the water in the lower container draws water molecules through the base of the upper container, which functions as a natural filtering membrane.

3. Process Optimization:
A wiper-type mechanism continuously removes accumulated water droplets from the underside of the upper container, accelerating the extraction.
Within just a few hours, milk volume decreases by approximately 50% without the need for heat.


4. Automated Discharge:
When milk achieves the desired concentration level, the hydraulic system tilts the upper container, pouring the concentrated milk into the screw conveyor system, transporting it to the next processing stage.
